As Head of Commercial Property, your role will involve leading the commercial property department, setting a strategic vision for you and your team. You will manage a diverse caseload within commercial property that includes freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, refinance work, development land acquisitions and sales, and agricultural land transactions. You will also offer outstanding legal advice to clients in a range of specialised legal matters. To be considered for this role, you will have significant experience within Commercial Property as well as experience within the above. In return, my client can offer fantastic benefits.
