As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving, managing & maintaining quality systems along with the day to day management of the Quality team. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage the company's quality assurance policies and procedures. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the quality management system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Dealing with customer complaints & delivering corrective action Driving both quality & hygiene policies Maintaining ISO accreditation ISO:9001 & BRC standards Lead and motivate the quality assurance team, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
