Job Summary How you will make an impact: Participate in UKG Pro deployment, and organizational change activities. Conduct unit testing for all configurations and assist with user acceptance testing as a test coordinator. Monitor efficacy and adoption, identify problems proactively, and surface opportunities to enhance or scale solutions to better support business needs and to improve the efficiency of the system of record control. Partner with corporate and People & Culture (HR) team to understand needs and translate them into technology requirements using a consultative approach to understand the system functionality and apply that knowledge to solutioning and working with the business on process efficiencies. Collaborate with P&C (HR) and internal/external IT partners to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions, options, and recommendations. Perform business rule analysis, analyze enhanced requirements, and create process documentation, diagrams, and feature specifications to ensure effective and efficient HR operations and data management. Act as a strategic partner to determine how best to support the organization through data retained in HR Systems and be relentless in seeking continuous improvement.
