Identifier les opportunités fiscales & bien gérer les risques fiscaux au sein de l'organisation. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos différentes fonctions et unités d'affaires sur toutes questions fiscales. Responsable des éléments fiscaux touchant les soumissions et les projets au Canada. Responsable au bon fonctionnement de la conformité fiscale, de la comptabilité fiscale et des vérifications fiscales. Analyser toutes nouvelles dispositions législatives et soumettre des conseils fiscaux claires & précis au sein de l'organisation. Soutenir l'éducation fiscale et donner des formations au sein de l'organisation Key Job Description. proactively identify tax opportunities & mitigate tax risks in the day-to-day business activity and in the corporate/central function area. work closely with Finance, Tender Community, Legal and other BP to ensure tax issues in any aspect are well communicated, understood and acted upon. accountable for all tax inputs in Tenders and projects in Canada. accountable mainly for CIT & TP compliance, tax reporting and tax audits. analyze new tax laws, regulations & directives and provide tax advice to the business & central team that is clear, understandable and implementable. provide tax awareness & tax training within the organization You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
