Job title: Certified Nurse Assistant Pay range: $16-18 Bonus: 500$ This patient is located: Inverness, FL Hours are: 12 hours a week, 3 days a week- you can make your schedule with the patient on how and when you see them in the month. So, what moment- We believe in building strong, personal connections with our clients and their families. By focusing on clear communication and personalized care, we make sure our clients feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. Your role here will be essential in creating these meaningful relationships and enhancing the overall patient experience. CNA responsibilities: assist patients in their homes with all daily activities under the instruction of the RN Case Manager. These activities include everyday living. To include but not limited to: housekeeping, bathing and dressing, transportation, cooking, shopping, toileting medication, and mobility. Always follow continence care as defined by the Plan of Care. Requirements: Must have an active, Certification/License required by the state= CNA, CPR, PRO Insurance, TB and fingerprint all required.
