What do I need as a Massage Therapist with Messiah Lifeways? Current Massage Therapist License in the State of Pennsylvania. Ability to communicate well in both verbal and non-verbal forms. Kind, courteous, tactful, and sensitive to the needs of the residents. Respectful of the rights and confidentiality of others. What will I do as a Massage Therapist with Messiah Lifeways? Perform massage therapy services and tasks (as licensed) for residents, team members, and community according to the guidelines established by the State Board of Massage Therapy. Responsible for sterilization and sanitation in the Massage area according to State law. Maintains the room in neat, clean order. Communicate possible health care and safety needs to the coordinators of the appropriate levels of living. Follows proper procedures and promotes safe work practices in order to maintain a safe working environment. Works cooperatively and productively with others, including residents, families, and other team members Willingness to work under direction and supervision.
