** $900 dollar Sign-On Bonus:** New hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus upon successful completion of their 30-day probationary period.' As a Civil Foreman, your role involves supervising and overseeing construction projects to ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with plans and specifications. You will be responsible for equipment and materials required for construction activities. Additionally, you will need to inspect and maintain quality and safety standards on the construction site, promptly addressing any issues or concerns. Responsibilities Include: Provide on-site management and leadership to a crew of civil technicians, ensuring all jobs are completed within budget and accuratelyOperate heavy machinery as neededRead and understand construction drawings or other blueprintsEffectively and efficiently complete assigned tasksFollow safety protocols and use PPE (personal protection equipment)Proficient in concrete finishing methodsDevelop lay out daily plans for the execution of each jobDocument job progress in photographs as required for customer deliverablesManage and develop employee skills to increase job site productivityProvide required paperwork and documentation regarding work practices on-site as well as achievement of production milestonesManage job timelines and schedules thoroughly and consistentlyParticipate in job-kickoff meetingsSubmit daily progress reports and documentation for each jobCommunicate professionally with customer representatives, crews, and leadershipScheduling and reviewing assigned crews and adhering to project schedulesAdhering to all company and industry (i.e., OSHA, NATE) standards/regulations Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of Civil Foreman experience and/or strong civil backgroundPossession of a valid drivers licenseAbility to travel and work outside of normal business hoursWorking knowledge of hand tools, heavy mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipmentWorking knowledge of underground marking TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Local, out-of-the-area, and extended travel is required (up to 95%) COMPENSATION: $31-$45 COMPANY BENEFITS: Comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, Dental, Vision401KLife InsuranceVacationPaid Sick LeaveDaily Per DiemReferral ProgramAnd Much More!
