Based in Southern California with locations in Malibu, Calabasas, Westlake Village and Camarillo; HRL has been on the leading edge of technology, conducting pioneering research and advancing the state of the artGeneral Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join a newly formed team to inspect, inventory, and track semiconductor devicesThe individual will follow detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to perform daily tasks within the Inventory Control TeamThis position is hands-on and requires attention to detailGeneral responsibilities include organizing parts, labeling of parts, data entry of tracking parts in a database, inspection with a microscope, kitting of parts, and delivery of parts to laboratories across campusEssential Duties: ---Organize, label, and track semiconductor devices. ---Perform visual inspection of wafers and devices for accurate wire bonding and labeling ---Use a microscope for inspection ---Database entry for device tracking ---Maintain and order inventory supplies ---Kit and track parts for processing ---Follow detailed Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Required Skills: 1-3 years of experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment. ---Experience with inventory and parts tracking. ---Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail. ---Ability to understand and comprehend engineering documentation including drawings, bills of materials, specifications, requirements, and process instructions. ---Use of Microsoft Office tools (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio), database entry and correction. ---Experience with Inventory Management Software (Alchemy, Costpoint, etc.) Required Education: ---High School Diploma requiredAssociates degree preferredSpecial Requirements: This position requires that the applicant selected be a U.ScitizenAn active TS/SCI with polygraph is strongly preferredCandidates with an active Secret clearance may be consideredCompensation: The range for this full-time position is $31.54 - $38.48 per hour + bonus + benefitsOur ranges are determined by role, level, and locationThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the positionWithin the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or trainingYour recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring processPlease note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include potential bonus or benefitsDon't meet every single requirement?
