You will be responsible for driving content strategy, overseeing content creation, and ensuring that all content is optimized for SEO and resonates with our target audience. This role will orchestrate all the elements from our current products, new products, partnerships, and beyond to create a cohesive content plan across all channels. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned . Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with REP's brand voice and business objectives . Lead, develop, and grow the content team with full time roles, harnessing AI capabilities and tapping into freelance expertise to rapidly scale up our content production efforts . Manage a team of two, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the quality and consistency of content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including E-Comm, Creative, International, Commercial and product teams, to ensure content is integrated into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Guide your team but also write and edit content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and more. Develop and execute content strategies for product launches, including creating compelling narratives and messaging that drive excitement and engagement among our audience. Create evergreen product content that educates, inspires, and informs our customers, showcasing the benefits and features of REP Fitness products. Assist with relationships with athletes, ambassadors, and brand partners, collaborating on content creation and leveraging their influence to amplify REP Fitness' brand message. Monitor and analyze content and activation performance metrics, such as engagement and conversion rates, and adjust strategy as needed to achieve KPIs. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and social media to continually improve REP Fitness' content strategy. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages Social Media Coordinator and Content Writer What You'll Bring: 7+ years of experience in content creation including strategy, writing and video creation across platforms like blogs, social media, and digital with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates skills and creativity. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of content creators. Deep understanding of SEO best practices and proven experience in optimizing content for search engines. Deep understanding of all major social media platforms. Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with the target audience. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of driving results through content marketing, including increased website traffic, engagement, and conversions. Bachelor's degree in English, J ournalism, C ommunications, M arketing, or related field. High skill level in all Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) Social posting platform like later.com WHAT YOU WILL BRING: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) from four-year college or university . Degree being in business, marketing, or a related field a plus. 7+ years of experience in content creation and management, with a focus on working across all channels (social media, e-comm erce , email, etc . ) . Proven track record of developing and executing engaging content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Experience managing and developing a team of content creators/writers . Strong leadership skills, with at least 3 years of experience being a leader of others .
