The Inventory Associate performs a broad range of duties related to the Inventory Control functions. From receiving and stocking, to inventory counts, order fulfillment, and shipping, the Inventory Associate assists the department in the parts fulfillment for production and field inventories. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, positive employee who is a team player. Some essential skills to succeed would include working with a sense of urgency, being self-directed, and having the ability to prioritize multiple work tasks. You are eligible for: Starting hourly pay is $18 Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining and updating records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, or supplies in stock. Counting material, equipment, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records. Verifies physical count of stock against inventory records and adjusts errors or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies. Prepares reports, such as inventory balances, transfer reports, and shortages. Responsible for stocking and the issuing of materials to production. Adhere to all company standards Maintain a safe and clean workspace. Work schedule consisting of Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Safety conscious Detail/task oriented Ability to perform repetitive functions Ability to be flexible with job duties Acceptable work attendance to perform job Dependable, ability to work required schedule PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds Walking, standing, squatting, climbing, sitting, and kneeling for extended periods of time EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES High School or equivalent Must be able to read and write in English Excellent math and analytical skills 1 year experience in inventory or similar role preferred but not required PM21 Right to Work/E-Verify Powered by JazzHR
