This is a vintage 88-note piano roll titled "Tar Babies Rag" played by Johnson.This song was published in 1911 from what I can find. Is this a Charles L. Johnson ....I am assuming...but not guaranteeing it as gospel because honestly I dont know! I guess it could be a James P. Johnson also...but again...I DONT KNOW!The condition is excellent and I believe un-played. I did NOT put it on my piano because its so nice I didnt want to risk damaging it.Eilers Music House went out of business in 1916 from what I found. So what does that mean for this music roll? ITS OLD!!!!!PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PHOTOS AS THIS IS PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.Willship protected.
