As our go-to problem solver, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our vacation rental properties and ensuring the utmost comfort and satisfaction for our guests. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy tackling a variety of tasks, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities:What You'll Do:• Respond promptly to repair requests and maintenance issues, ensuring a quick resolution.• Utilize your skills in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, door/window maintenance, and more to keep our properties in top condition.• Perform light HVAC maintenance, landscaping tasks, pest control, carpentry work, appliance repair and plumbing as needed.• Handle a range of tasks from fixing clogged toilets and leaky faucets to minor painting and door repairs.• Perform preventive maintenance checks and assist with property walkthroughs and documentation. Qualifications:What You'll Bring:• Self-motivation, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability.• Ability to work independently and efficiently, delivering high-quality results without constant supervision.• A positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.• Effective communication skills, vital for interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.• Experience in HVAC, landscaping, pest control, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or related fields is a plus. We manage short-term residential properties in 8 states, and we are growing. Our guests normally stay on average 2-6 nights, with the occasional stay of 1 week, 2 weeks, or a few months.
