As a member of the Customer Insights, Data & Analytics (CIDA) team, the Senior Manager of Program Delivery, Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform Transformation is responsible for the successfully delivery of migration programs to cloud, supporting the design and execution of program strategy, governance and reporting. A critical element of success for this role is the ability to foster trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization, a clear and concise communicator, with a consistent focus on accelerating maximum value to advance data and analytics across the Enterprise. The incumbent will have the opportunity to: Apply strategic thinking, problem-solving and compelling storytelling to create impactful reporting, communications and narratives to help drive decision-making and change management. Be empowered to lead and have an impact on a highly complex, fast-paced and global transformation journey as part of a high-performing team of data, analytics and infrastructure (cloud & legacy technology) experts. Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups across Scotiabank to solve problems and deliver practical solutions to difficult challenges.
