One of the main areas of transformation is the way data is used, shared, and accessed at an enterprise level. The aim is to provide transparent, robust, and ethical data practices across the enterprise to enhance the protection of our customers’ data, and the way we deliver business value. We are looking to build our delivery team with influencers, makers, creators, and industry leaders who will drive us forward. The role of the Senior Manager, Data Ethics Governance and Operations will be responsible for: Enabling the Bank’s adoption of the Data Ethics Framework with a Global scope Leading definition and implementation of industry leading data ethics practices and processes Supporting, facilitating, and monitoring the organization’s efforts to adhere to the Data Ethics Framework Setting up the day-to-day operations of the team (e. g. reporting, metric/KPI/Audit tracking, ). We are looking for someone who will make key contributions in developing, planning, and executing the adoption of processes and tools that enable ethical data use, third party data sharing frameworks, and streamlining data access rights. This role will work closely with our legal, privacy, data office, analytics, and technology teams in the bank to design and develop the processes for the ethical use of data. Accountabilities: Implement the operating model including standards, guidelines, and frameworks to enable ethical data use Work closely with representatives across the bank to ensure activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies & procedures and emerging governing regulations Works in.
