Cheese, Domestic Mediumhair For Adoption In Savannah, Georgia

Price:
$60
Location:
Savannah, GA
Description:

Cheese, along with her kitten Ham, showed up at a volunteer's house. The plan was to trap, spay and release Cheese and socialize her baby, but Cheese proved right away she would rather be a housecat! She is a beautiful, petite orange tabby with gorgeous golden eyes. She is probably around 9 months old. She was a great mama but is ready to be someone's pampered princess! She enjoys playing with toys, lounging on cat trees, snacking on tasty treats, and of course attention from you. We don't know how she is with dogs yet, but she is friendly with other cats as long as they are friendly back. She will definitely make for a wonderful companion. Would you like to meet her?Adoption processOur adoption process is three-fold: submit an application, meet the pet, then arrange for us to do your in-home interview. Adoption Fees:Kittens: $60, Cats (1 year plus): $50, Puppies: $250, Adult Canines (1 to 6 years): $200, Seniors (7 years plus): $100 (unless otherwise specified). Adoption fees are not a tax-deductible donation as allowed by IRS regulations. Adoption fees help to offset the cost of the pet's care incurred by Coastal Pet Rescue, which are generally 2 to 3 times the adoption fee amount. Some special circumstances may change the fee; see pet's listing for actual adoption fee. All Coastal Pet Rescue pets are current on shots, microchipped* and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adopters are responsible for any shots that may be due after adoption (particularly for kittens and puppies that must have three rounds of shots to be protected). Microchip:CPR has implanted a microchip as part of the adoption process and the chip is included in the adoption fee. However, some chip companies require a registration fee varying from $9.99 to $19.99. The registration fees are the responsibility of the adopter and are NOT included in the CPR adoption fee. Adopters may add this cost to their adoption fee to have CPR register the chip on their behalf. 30 Days Pet Insurance: As a Petfinder member, all adopters are entitled to a free 30 day insurance policy through PetFirst. Coastal Pet Rescue is not responsible for this policy. Adopters must call PetFirst’s toll-free number 855-710-XXXX to activate the coverage. If adopters fail to call, the policy will not be activated.Shelter locationOur pets all live in our homes, so adoption applications must be submitted for appointments to be made to see the pets. We also have them with us at our outdoor events, so view our "events" calendar on our website for those dates and locations.
