QCR Holdings is looking for a Data Engineer to join our team! This position is responsible for executing on the intelligence & analytics strategy, vision and priorities to support the company's data and automation initiatives. As a Data Engineer in the Business Intelligence and Analytics (BIA) team you will report directly to the AVP, BIA Automation Center of Excellence leader. This position can be located in Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Waterloo, or Springfield, MO. Preferred time zone of Mountain, Central, and Pacific time zone. Ideal candidates would have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, computer science, physics, economics, engineering statistics, operations research, quantitative social science, etc). Candidates preferred to be a data savvy technology leader with an analytical, problem-solving mind set, who is skilled at helping Executive Management discover ways to maximize efficient operations and other initiative with at least 5 years' experience in a similar data engineering role responsible for business, data, reporting or quantitative analysis. QCR Holdings, Inc. is a relationship-driven organization and a multi-bank company, which services the Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo/Cedar Valley, Des Moines/Ankeny, and Springfield, Missouri communities through its wholly owned subsidiary banks, and also engages in commercial leasing through its wholly owned subsidiary, m2 Equipment Finance, LLC based in Milwaukee, WI.
