Communicates openly with staff to handle their concerns, provide s them guidance. Paid holidays and vacation time. 401k Retirement Plan . SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred. Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work. Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines. PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time . Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
