Responsibilities include but not limited to: Organizing workstations and ingredients. Measuring and preparing ingredients for cooking. Executing basic cooking tasks and preparing dishes. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. Following health and safety guidelines diligently. Collaborating effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting. Skills and Qualifications: A Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience in a full-service restaurant. Knowledge of kitchen health and safety protocols. Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure. Physical fitness to handle kitchen tasks and lift up to 50 lbs. Culinary school training is a plus. Own required "uniforms": black and white chef coat, black non-slip shoes, bistro apron, slacks, skull cap and and any additional accessories required for the role such as a knife kit. A smartphone and email for seamless communication. Reliable transportation to get you to our exciting job sites.
