Rubble was rescued as a tiny puppy from the streets of Puerto Rico. Now he is in VA and looking for his forever home. To fill out an application, please send us a message!Adoption processSubmitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. If you apply for a certain dog but don’t get it, please understand that we may receive many applications for the same animal. We will always try to place the appropriate dog in the appropriate home. Adoption fee is $275 (depending on expenses while in our care). We spare no expense on the care of our rescues and are looking for homes who can do the same.
