The JATC for the Pipefitting Industry and Pipefitters, Steamfitters, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Local Union #636 of the United Association will be accepting applications for our Construction Apprenticeship beginning Monday, June 10th, 2024, through June 27th, 2024. Application days and times will be as followed:Monday, Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Thursdaysfrom 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 PM. Saturday June 15th, 2024 and June 22nd, 2024 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM -- Qualifications necessary for an applicant to be considered are: 1. Must be 18 years of age or older.2. Complete the application and return to thePipefitting Industry Training Center with:a. A valid driver's license. b. High School diploma or high schoolequivalency (GED) certificate.c. There is a $45.00 OR $100.00 testing fee that will becollected when turning in application.This is a drug free Program. An individual tentatively selected for entrance into the Program after testingand interview will be required to submit to a drug test, which will include testing for marijuana.The Pipefitting Industry Training Center is located at 636 Executive Drive in Troy, MI between John R. and Dequindre north of E. 14 mile Road.
