Serve as subject matter expert in pre-sales/post-sales capacity for Cloudinary's platform; design optimal solutions/tool for client's needs; plan, build, implement end-to-end Digital Experience Monitoring strategy (eCommerce, Saas, PaaS, Finance, Multi CDN/cloud, China visibility, Gaming, SLA management); use Web, DNS, Network, ISP, Real User/Device monitoring to implement Web, CDN, endpoint, network monitoring strategies; develop custom solutions with REST APls for monitoring/automation needs; architect custom solutions, identify blockers; define requirements with engineering teams; provide escalated support for critical technical issues; engage in customer calls; perform onsite visits to consult, train, create future partnership growth; consult, train, provide pre-sales support, post-sales Professional Services; respond to support escalations for Cloudinary's Enterprise customers (Fortune 500 companies, unicorn startups); communicate with full range of Cloudinarys customers to direct/affect roadmap/market fit of Cloudinary's product development efforts; assist in application of Cloudinary's product range to different market verticals; work closely with solution engineers, pre-sale engineers, technical evangelists, solution specialists to create, manage, monitor solution roadmap, research different market verticals; discover best ways to apply Cloudinary's technology; respond to support escalations for Cloudinary's Enterprise customers (F500 companies and unicorn startups), evaluate customers complex system/requirements set; determine correct solution for their needs; develop/manage strategic solution plans to enable Cloudinary to achieve its short/long-term goals; support pre-sale and post-sale efforts (complex technical integration concepts), along with web performance of various tools involved, collaborate with senior management to introduce new solutions concepts, guide the product roadmap based on customer interactions, and implement solution programs to position Cloudinary as the go-to solution in the market. Support strategies for customers to use Cloudinary's products successfully and maintain effective working relationships with the product development, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Train cross-department employees such as pre-sales, solution engineers/IT operations using product management and architecture, web performance, security and professional services; managing web technologies: Security, SSO, various web development platforms, through lifecycle of relationship with customers. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Requirements: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology and Management plus 2 years experience. Experience to include planning, building, implementing end-to-end Digital Experience Monitoring strategy (eCommerce, Saas, PaaS, Finance, Multi CDN/cloud, China visibility, Gaming, SLA management); using Web, DNS, Network, ISP, Real User/Device monitoring to implement Web, CDN, endpoint, network monitoring strategies; and developing custom solutions with REST APls for monitoring/automation needs.
