Children's received a grant that will give participants an opportunity to learn about high demand healthcare careers. This position is hybrid, working both remote and attending meetings/events in-person.The program will offer of services to the residents of Outagamie County including: Career Exploration Success in the workplace programming Youth Apprenticeship and internships We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills: Minimum of 3 years' experience in human resources with a focus on workforce development or talent acquisition across a variety of levels and functions, including the development of talent pipelines. Previous experience developing and executing workforce development or recruiting related marketing and branding strategies. Requires attention to detail and analytical skills necessary to evaluate situations and take appropriate action. Critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data drawn from multiple sources. Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with all Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
