The candidate will be responsible for providing clients with updates on their cases, communicating with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers, and representing clients in various legal proceedings such as hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations. The role requires superb negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
