The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional client service and should exhibit strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and demonstrate the ability to handle a diverse litigation caseload. The successful applicant will work closely with senior attorneys and partners to deliver high-quality legal services.Duties:Manage a portfolio of cases in civil litigation, employment law, and insurance defense from inception through resolution.Collaborate effectively with senior attorneys, partners, and shareholders throughout the litigation process.Engage in drafting and preparing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.Conduct legal research and provide in-depth analysis of various case-related issues.Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and other necessary proceedings.Build and maintain client relationships by providing outstanding service and legal advice.Participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and other litigation necessities.Develop strategies to effectively manage cases and meet client goals within appropriate time frames.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Must be an active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.2-6 years of experience in civil litigation, employment law, and/or insurance defense.Demonstrated ability to handle a full litigation caseload independently.Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of building rapport with clients.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership and good standing status with the Arizona State Bar.Skills:Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in legal research and the use of legal research software.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance.Long-term disability insurance.401(k) retirement plan options.This position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment focused on professional growth and development.
