The Attorney will provide legal advice, representation, and manage cases from inception through trial. They will communicate with clients, adjusters, medical professionals, and opposing counsel to efficiently resolve cases. Additionally, they will oversee personnel and assist with training while upholding ethical standards on behalf of the firm and its clients.
