Restore is seeking an experienced licensed esthetician with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team of wellness professionals. As a Restore esthetician, you'll work with clients on achieving their skin health goals and introduce them to our innovative wellness modalities that can enhance the esthetic services you provide. A Snapshot of a Restore Lead Esthetician's Role Create, Build, and Retain relationships with your own client base Perform consultations to discover the client's unique needs and create the appropriate skin health and wellness plan for that client Administering the appropriate esthetic services Educating the client on the benefits of routine use of the services and service pairings Educating clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their skin health Selling Restore's esthetic services and memberships to existing and new clients Cross-selling other Restore modalities to maximize the client's skin health and wellness, enhancing the esthetic service benefits Maintaining confidentiality and accurate records of each session Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed Attend monthly Esthetician calls and report back to the leadership team and additional estheticians on staff with news, updates, and protocol changes Assist in promotion creations and Social Media postings Assist with studio operations including greeting clients, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our POS system to check out clients, operate our wellness equipment, etc. Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Restore Esthetician You're a licensed esthetician You value and respect people, integrity, and excellence You have a strong passion for helping people look and feel their best You have a strong desire to achieve goals Your verbal and written communication skills are on point You have at least 1.5 years esthetician experience You have proven sales experience You ask good questions, listen well, discern a client's needs, and choose the best treatment for them It's preferred, but not required to have experience or certification in HydraFacial and/or CryoSkin equipment You are willing to work 2 weekends/month Benefits of Joining Restore Competitive pay Working with a positive, upbeat, and collaborative team Complimentary and discounted access to Restore's innovative wellness services Vacation time for Full Time position Excellent location Paid advertising provided for the esthetic services Clients that come in for other services are encouraged to have an esthetician consult A handicap accessible esthetician room The joy of positively impacting people's lives every day A Little About Us Restore Hyper Wellness is the leading retail provider of alternative health and wellness modalities in the United States.
