Practice Area: Energy and Oil & Gas - Transactional, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Senior Energy Transactional Associate Attorney with 5-6 years of experience in Energy and Infrastructure transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with experience in financing and/or private MA transactions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in project and energy financing and/or energy and infrastructure-related MA transactions, as well as tax equity and/or IRA credit experience.Duties:Conduct legal research and provide analysis on energy and infrastructure transactions.Draft and review transactional documents, including contracts, agreements, and financing documents.Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to facilitate successful transactions.Advise clients on legal matters related to energy and infrastructure projects.Assist in due diligence processes for energy and infrastructure transactions.Requirements:5-6 years of experience in Energy and Infrastructure transactions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in financing and/or private MA transactions.Preferably experience in project and energy financing and/or energy and infrastructure-related MA transactions.Preferably tax equity and/or IRA credit experience.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York, District of Columbia Bar, or Texas Bar, active and in good standing.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Drafting and reviewing transactional documents.Client communication and relationship management.Due diligence processes.Energy and infrastructure law expertise.
