Job Specification: Onsite: Black Desert ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full TimeThe budgeted range starts at $65,000 - $75,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. Job Responsibilities but not limited: Oversee the daily operations of 20th Hole, ensuring that high standards of service and quality are consistently met. Lead and inspire the restaurant team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Work closely with the culinary team to oversee menu development and ensure quality food presentation. Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, handling complaints and feedback with professionalism. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant and organize special events. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to improve the guest experience. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a casual dining setting. Strong leadership skills and experience in building and managing a team. Proven financial management skills, including budgeting and P&L management. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities. Knowledge of food and beverage service, including familiarity with American cuisine. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
