Become a Programming Ace: Create and edit programs to ensure flawless execution. Collaborate to Innovate: Work with Programmers, Die Makers, and other experts to tackle challenges and streamline processes. Own Your Work: Read blueprints, interpret CAD data, and ensure parts meet the highest quality standards. Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Help us become more efficient and minimize waste. Requirements: Proven Experience: Minimum two years as a CNC Machinist or CNC Programmer. Sharp Skills: Blueprint reading, CAD/CAM software, and an eye for detail. Programming Plus: Experience with MasterCam is a big advantage. Problem-Solving Mindset: A desire to find solutions and optimize production methods.
