The ideal candidate will have outstanding credentials and qualifications. Duties:Work on domestic and international transactions for public and private companies.Handle matters such as mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.Draft and negotiate software and systems agreements, outsourcing agreements, and RD agreements.Draft and negotiate collaboration agreements, licenses (patent, trademark, copyright, and data/databases), and other commercial agreements.Provide legal advice and support on technology and IP-intensive transactions.Conduct due diligence and assist with transactional closings. Requirements:4-6 years of experience with technology and IP-intensive transactions or other relevant experience.Outstanding credentials and qualifications. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills:Strong understanding of technology and intellectual property law.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
