MTI prides themselves on teamwork and is searching for a diligent individual with a positive attitude to join our team.Compensation Average weekly pay: $1,406.37 Pay: $27.74-$28.46 an hour + additional $5.11-$5.55/H&W $2,500 sign-on bonus Driver referral bonus of $500 Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks Optional company benefits starting 60 days from employment on the 1st of the following month: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401K 11 Paid Company Holidays 2 weeks of vacation after 1-year of employment 24/7 Dispatch Support Team 24/7 Maintenance Support Team (no 3rd parties) Fuel Card Provided Truck Wash Account Complete Pass & Pre-Passes Provided $125 paid orientation and paid quarterly trainings Home Time, Route, & Schedule Home Daily! 4 day work week Off Monday, Thursday, and Friday Tuesday & Wednesday Schedule: Depart @ 1:00 PM – Return @ 11:30 PM Route to Barkeyville, PA Saturday & Sunday Schedule: Depart @ 12:15 AM – Return @ 12:30 PM Route to Gary, IN Hauling: Postal Truck loads vary Postal employee will load using large metal roll carts Mostly No Touch Freight - Driver must secure load Equipment International Sleeper Trucks 53ft dry van trailer Automatic APU Bendix System Samsara ELD System Routine Preventive Maintenance Qualifications Must be at least 23 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Safety Conscious MVR Responsive and Communicative No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles or a 1-hour commute maximum from Fremont, IN or be willing to relocate for this position.
