Job Title: Inventory Specialist - Land - Location: Houma, Louisiana - Schedule: 5/2 - Job Title: Inventory Specialist - Land Location: Houma, Louisiana Schedule: 5/2 Danos Expectations: A successful candidate will exhibit characteristics that support the following: * Safety Awareness * Work Ethic * Technical Skill * Customer Focus * Open Communication * Implementing Vision and Values Responsibilities: * Facilitate inventory analysis and continuous improvement sessions to identify and deliver solutions to remove impediments to flow and achieve desired business outcomes. * Run reports daily/weekly/monthly monitoring key inventory characteristics that ensures inventory accuracy for the GoM region. * Identify parts and materials as necessary, provides feedback to appropriate personnel to correct material master descriptions and other relevant data. * Perform periodic analysis of inventory levels, recommending inventory setting adjustments aimed at target specific minimum and maximum reorder point adjustments that fulfills offshore demand. * Coordinate with Ops and purchasing to order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus. Qualifications: * Knowledge of inventory management, data maintenance, materials managements and warehouse operations * SAP S/4Hana experience preferred * Strong analytical, reporting, and data manipulation skills. * Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Sharp problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
