Senior Business Analyst - Strategy Where you'll work: You will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days WFH / remote. This position can be located at our NA business headquarters in Lithia, FL office or our SA business headquarters in Sao Paulo, Brazil. You will also be eligible to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data related to the company's enterprise operations. They will conduct financial and operational analysis around strategy and risk, translate it into clear objectives and measures to enhance business performance. Ultimately, they will ensure executive operations leaders have the right data and insights, at the right time to effectively manage the business's operations and strategy. What you'll do: Analyze data and conduct financial analysis to create actionable insights and recommendations.Deliver these insights in executive presentations, reports, and dashboards.Collect and compile data from various sources related to business operations and performance so support ongoing tracking of key performance indicators, risks, and strategic initiatives.Coordinate with IT to maintain data repositories and ensure data accuracy and reliability.Collaborate with other teams to access relevant data.Define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.Monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Propose strategies for enhancing operational efficiency.Work with various teams to gather data and insights.Collaborate with other departments to drive performance improvement initiatives.Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, or related.2+ years experience in a similar role within the organization or 5+ years experience in a similar role outside the organization.Advanced Office suite, Power BI.Proficient in data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting.Financial modeling and analysis skills.Ability to turn data and analysis into clear stories and actionable insights.Understanding of key business metrics and performance indicators to apply to drive improved performance.Executive communication and presentation skills.Self-directed, independent worker able to start from broad objectives and deliver on time.Critical thinker capable of sharing independent perspectives.Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.Project management skills to drive strategic initiatives.Advanced level in writing/speaking English. Bonus points if you have the following: A master's degree or post graduate diploma in business administration, finance, strategy or related.A minimum of 5+ years related experience.In-depth understanding of the mining, energy, or ag chemicals industry.Experience in strategy or risk.Business Transformation, Change Management or Lean.Operations or supply chain experience.Experience with scenario planning, analysis, and strategic planning methodologies.Experience with advanced analytical techniques like machine learning and artificial intelligence.Advanced level in the following languages: Portuguese and/or Spanish.#LI-KM1PDN-9bf5955e-8578-4a28-8d64-47ffa491998f
