Full-time onsiteOur Award Winning Client seeks a talented Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations within our organization. As a national leader in the hospitality industry, we take pride in our numerous accolades and our commitment to excellence.Responsibilities: Lead and mentor team members to optimize their potential, utilizing a coaching model. Recognize and reward employee contributions. Conduct daily team briefings and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and communicating operational progress. Manage financial performance by maintaining P&L statements and achieving targets set by clients and the company. Implement cost controls and profit management strategies to enhance productivity. Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified food service experience. Supervise team members in production, quality control, and inventory management. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in beverage program management and inventory/product management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective client and customer relationships. Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
