Program Overview: As part of our Outside Sales Executive Training Program, you'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop essential skills and expertise in executive level sales. The program consists of three stages: Stage 1: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Learn the fundamentals of sales and prospecting. Generate high-quality proposals and contribute to new contract acquisitions. Lay the foundation for a successful career in sales. Stage 2: Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Hone your sales skills and client relationship management abilities. Work closely with our Inside Sales Manager to handle the full sales cycle. Take on greater responsibilities and prepare for advancement. Enjoy the rewards of your hard work with a raise in annual base pay and access to additional incentive programs. Stage 3 & Beyond: Business Development Representative (BDR) Lead strategic networking initiatives and drive business growth.
