Dotty and Maddie are a very sweet pair of guinea pigs who are looking to find a home together! Weirdly enough, both girls were found individually abandoned outside our shelter. Maddie was found with a note explaining that her owner had passed away. Dotty came with her sister, who unfortunately had medical issues and did not make it. Since they were both lonely we tried them together and it was love at first sight! Dotty is 2 years old and Maddie is 5 years old. They are both very friendly and would make great companions for just about any family! Guinea pigs are wonderful little companions that can be amazing pets for many families. Guinea pigs are social animals are much happier living with at least one or two friends. And they love to have lots of space to run around- a minimum of 8 square feet for a pair- but bigger is better! Guinea pigs can be flighty, especially at first, but generally calm down once they are in your arms.
