Diesel Mechanic, Service TechnicianMalvern, PA Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Diesel Mechanic/Pump Mechanic needed for a Service Technician opportunity. Must be willing to be on call at times (1 week at a time) for emergency service calls in the region. Performs maintenance/repairs of pumps and other equipment in both the shop and in the field. Act as a liaison between customers, and other departments of the branch, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded in terms of rental equipment maintenance and repair. Trouble shoot all rental equipment for most efficient way to get equipment back online. Maintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and co-workers following the established company policies and procedures. Produce all required service tickets and/or documentation accurately, completely, and in a timely manner. Communicates with the team for ordering and stocking of needed parts, equipment, and accessories. Communicates with team for coordinating delivery and pickup of parts, equipment, and accessories. Foster good working relationships with clients and team members by training on parts, equipment, and accessories. Be an ambassador for safety, making sure all work is done in the safest manner. Continuous growth of knowledge for all Company products, inventory, and delivery capabilities. Assist with stocking, pick-up, and delivery of all parts, equipment, and accessories. Maintain a clean work environment. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management. Must have own tools: Wrenches, pry bars, impact drills basic needs.Must undergo background check and driving history as a company truck is provided. Local travel required. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions) : 1. Do you have experience in Maintenance/Repairs of pumps and other equipment in both the shop and in the field.2. Must have own tools: Wrenches, Pry Bars, Impact Drills.3. Must be willing to be on call at times (1 week at a time) for emergency service calls in the region.4.Are you OK with undergoing a background check and driving history as a company truck is provided.
