We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Applicants should be enthusiastic, determined to earn upside commissions, and driven to succeed. Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments• Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed• Close sales• Sales scripts mastery• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• A real estate license is required • Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Our team is rapidly expanding!
