About the Role:Mid-career HVAC Service Tech enthusiastic team player, who likes working with their hands, troubleshooting & fixing problems in a residential environment, and make money over and above base pay. Company vehicle provided and service tech can be dispatched from home. For the sales aspect Warm leads, and referrals to you, for upgrading old equipment (sales) HVAC Service and Installation to light commercial and residential customers throughout the area. This is a full-time position with optional overtime. This is an mid career level role with an opportunity for growth & Advancement Pay Rate up to $30/hr PLUS Commissions (77,000-88,000 realistic the 1st year)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, HSA, AD&D, Retirement with Company Match, Continual Education Training, Holiday pay and PTO & Uniforms.Requirements: Service Tech & Sales Maintenance Tech or Mechanic: 3+ years Commercial & Residential HVAC Service experience needed. Must be willing to provide excellent customers service and multi-task. Will need to own basic hand tools. Excellent communication skills a plus. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Service Technicians Universal EPA certification required. Sales background able to upgrade existing clients with old equipment. home residential sales experience in the HVAC industry.
