Moon Air is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Installation Technician Lead to install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other equipment for our clients in the Elkton, MD area. This position typically works Monday - Thursday from 7:30 am until the job is complete with night and weekend hours as needed. We pay our HVAC Installation Technician Leads a competitive wage of up to $40 per hour, depending on experience. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN LEAD 3+ years of experience as a lead installer High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license and a good driving record Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Ability to perform the physical requirements for the job Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screening Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification is preferred but not required.
