Ammenties include: -Pool -Gym -Clubhouse -Courtyard -Underground parking optional (additional $250 per month, sorry) or you may rent a spot across street for $100 monthly. -Awesome view (views include plane flight path, Coronado, eastern San Diego, San Diego Trolley station and Balboa Park. -Washer and dryer in unit -Fridge has huge ice maker About me: I have a little boy cat. I work two jobs. I'm a state certified school bus driver. Very clean and quiet. I respect your privacy and am very lenient in terms of if you'd like to have company over. Preferred roommate: Clean. Okay with small bedroom. Employed or going to school with verifiable income of $2,000+ ($500 a week gross). Credit check and background check will be conducted by apartment. You must sign the lease of 8-12 months. You'll have your own key and key fob for the access to the amenities.
