Northeastern Junior College is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to serve as the Northeastern Junior College Behavioral Health Assessment and Evaluation Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education and training in psychology and behavioral health studies at NJC through rigorous, databased analysis of new courses and programs. This is a part time, remote work position that reports to the Vice President of Academic Services. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be: The Behavioral Health Assessment and Evaluation Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing assessment and evaluation activities related to courses, education, training, and instruction in the fields of psychology and behavioral health studies at NJC. Behavioral Health is a new field for NJC with opportunities for partnerships with universities, employers and other community stakeholders . The insights and data prepared by the assessment and evaluation specialist are critical to rapidly improving behavioral health programs. What We Require: Master's degree in Statistics, Education, Psychology (or related field) Knowledge and proficiency in statistical programs which can include SPSS (and AMOS), MPlus, Stata or SAS and ability to conduct path analysis, Multiple Regression, and Hierarchical Linear Modeling Experience in data curation, analysis, and reporting, preferably in an educational or behavioral health setting Experience in creating and developing survey tools and assessment metrics for qualitative and quantitative research Proficiency in data visualization and reporting software Valid Colorado Driver's License What We Can Offer: This is a part-time position working 8-16 hours per week, and is eligible for remote work with the potential for a campus visits to meet key staff. Additional hours may be available if requested by the employee. The position is grant funded through June 2025 at which time the position may be discontinued. Compensation is $28-$32/hour depending on qualifications and experience. Position to begin as soon as a qualified candidate is identified.
