Then this is the job for you!Direct Hire opportunity for a Quality Manager located in Rumford, Rhode IslandAs a Quality Manager you will: * Responsible for the development, documentation, implementation and registration of the Quality Systems * Leads validation efforts including IQ, OQ and PQ activities in accordance with ISO standards * Reviews and maintains quality systems to assure continued compliance. * Manage and supervise the Quality staff * Lead MRB committee to quickly disposition non-conformances. * Lead internal audits * Develop performance metrics tracking and reporting system for manufacturing and business process qualityThis is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.Ideal candidate will have: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BS in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) * 2+ years' experience in a Quality Manager role * Experience working in a regulated industry * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation * Six Sigma preferred * Quality certification and ASQ membership preferred. * Automotive manufacturing experience required including competency in AIAG core tools, LPA's and RFMEA's.Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 per year*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
