Next Level Dental in Auburn, CA is seeking an energetic, team-oriented and friendly Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fun, reliable, have superior communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong work ethic. Must be comfortable talking finances with patients. Highly enthusiastic, supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude. Strong ability to learn new skills and a teachable approach. Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management. Compassionate, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient services. Punctual and reliable in all professional dealings. Job Responsibilities Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients. Possess in-depth knowledge of treatments, timelines, and financial arrangements Schedule treatments and manage follow-up appointments. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Ensure seamless communication within the team and between patients and orthodontists. Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.
