Responsibilities: Providing supervision while teaching the IDEA Lab curriculum Building strong and positive relationships with children and their parents Providing emergency procedures (as needed) Delivering the IDEA Lab curriculum in it’s purest form Providing overall safety and oversight of the kids Cleaning/ Organizing as needed Qualifications and Requirements: Some college courses Teaching or child care experience First Aid / CPR Clean Driver License No prior offenses on record Complete background check - must be clean Provide an FBI fingerprint check as instructed Passion for working with children Knowledgeable in the subject matter
