Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is seeking a dynamic, experienced Manager, Human Resources who will be responsible for the development, implementation and enforcement of Human Resources policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and to support the strategies and goals across all SSRG companies. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who will guide management on people-related issues and ensure employees have a positive work experience throughout their time with our company. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Developing, implementing and enforcing company HR policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation Providing advice and guidance to supervisors and managers on employment legislation Handling employee grievances, conducting investigations and overseeing disciplinary matters Overseeing the onboarding process, including the completion of required documentation for new hires Assisting with recruitment efforts, orientation, and training and development programs Managing offboarding processes Maintaining employee personnel files and records Coordinating employee performance appraisal programs Supporting compensation and benefits programs Leading employee engagement initiatives and activities Working collaboratively with colleagues across all internal business lines Promoting diversity and inclusion and fostering a culture of respect Assisting with Occupational Health and Safety programs Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources Management Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
