JOB DESCRIPTION Wood is currently searching for a talented entry level Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer in Corpus Christi, Texas. RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in defining concepts and engineering designs of equipment and systems * Assist with the preparation and checking of engineering reports and procedures * Interact with department members to ensure that work is produced and issued in a timely manner and project information is distributed amongst them * Contribute to lessons learned exercises * Establish good rapport and build relationships with peers and clients by responding to requests and communicating information in a timely manner * Comply with all company policies including safety policies QUALIFICATIONS * Engineering Degree * Previous internship experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing or chemical plant a strong asset * Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills * Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks * Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills * Ability to work in a fast paced and flexible environment * Must be US Citizen or authorized to work lawfully in the US, without sponsorship from Wood
