Job duties of this rewarding position include: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of patient care through nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The registered nurse plans, organizes and directs hospice care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities. Work day shift and have your nights free Monday-Friday work schedule Mileage reimbursement Employee Referral Program get paid to refer a friend to join our team Job Requirements Valid Indiana Nurse License (RN) Previous home health or long-term care experience preferred.
