Aspire Bakeries champions the values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity and Care to help us deliver on People Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Collaboration.The General Labor, Bakery-Packing is a position that rotates and shares responsibilities.Responsibilities: Stack cases on pallets according to customer specifications Take the weight and count of product in the box Adjust the machine as necessary to keep the line running Return the out-of-specification product to mixing for rework Ensure that the product is of acceptable quality Check to make sure weight and package codes are correct Follow all GMP sQualifications: A GED or high school diploma is required Ability to lift 20+ pounds consistently Previous food experience Must be able to stand on feet for the duration of the shiftShift:3rdAspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. The final determination of a successful candidate s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
