Bond with us. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee the Toogie's Table operations of a new Common Bond restaurant. In this role, you will oversee employee management, purchasing, and inventory management, establish resultant business plans, and so much more. To be a successful Restaurant Manager Manager, you should possess strong problem-solving/decision-making skills, organizational skills, and be financially minded . A top-notch Restaurant Manager should provide exceptional guest service and strong leadership skills. This is not a desk job and is a fun, interactive, and participative role in the successful creation of a new hotel. This is a role that requires autonomy and independent decision-making that always seeks to better our product, our guest experience, and our team member experience. Employee management, including hiring, training, and terminations Positive style of customer service and engagement Purchasing and inventory management Ensures clean, safe, and consistent food preparation Schedules staff within labor budgets Oversees the financial performance of the store Conducts food and labor cost analysis Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand Maintains professional and technical knowledge based on current trends Develops and manages ongoing safety and sanitation protocols Conducts daily and weekly reporting, and monthly P&L reconciliation Fully participates in company initiatives POS system management Participates in local marketing Preferred Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree) 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry Restaurant experience a plus (fine dining) 3+ years of supervisory/management experience Are you ready to join our team?
